This really resonates. I love the choice to start the year by arriving instead of accelerating, tending to the body, the space around you, and your inner world before asking anything more of them. It’s easy to forget that momentum isn’t built only by doing more, but by beginning from a place that actually feels whole. Curious. Which part of that Day One felt the most grounding for you?

I relate to this a lot especially the part about sustainability. I've noticed that when goals are framed as pressure, they quietly stop working. When they're frames as alignment, they tend to stick. Curious: what's the smallest version of one of these goals that would still feel like a win in Q1?
