About
Behavioral health is full of caring, capable people, and it still has one stubborn problem: the people who need help and the people giving it often can’t understand each other. I noticed a pattern. Counselors and medical providers know the clinical version, but not what it feels like to sit in the chair. Clients feel unheard by the very people trying to help. Families share a home for years and still miss what their person is going through.
