Architecting Autonomous Agent Swarms

About

Founder & Systems Architect at Sparky Solutions. Obsessed with building deterministic zero-trust runtime infrastructure, AST circuit breakers, and sandboxed execution boundaries for autonomous AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystems. Creator of AgentSentinel (Apache-2.0 open-source runtime firewall protecting Claude Code, Cursor, and MCP servers from prompt injection & rogue execution). Registered academic researcher (ORCID: 0009-0008-2818-6579). Passionate about high-frequency deterministic systems, formal invariant verification, and open-source developer tooling. Always excited to connect with AI founders, security researchers, and engineers building autonomous agent swarms! 🛡️🚀

Just launched AgentSentinel: Sub-2ms AST firewall for autonomous AI agents & MCP 🛡️

Hey hunters! Today we launched AgentSentinel.

As autonomous AI agents (Claude, Cursor, Devin) gain terminal, DB, and MCP execution access, prompt injection can trigger catastrophic rogue commands (rm -rf, drop table, key leakage).

AgentSentinel sits in-memory as a zero-trust AST circuit breaker:

<0.8ms AST execution delay

Voice, WhatsApp or email: where do your customers actually reply?

A lot of our customers are in India, where WhatsApp often gets a faster reply than email and a phone call still closes more deals than both. With customers in the US and elsewhere, the mix looks different.

We've learned to let each AI employee switch channels: a voice call to qualify, a WhatsApp follow-up with the payment link, an email with the documents.

I'd love real data from other builders. Which channel gets you the best response rate, in which market, and has that changed in the last year?

Should AI agents ever act without human approval?

We hear both extremes. Some teams want AI that only drafts, and a human clicks send on everything. Others want full autonomy.
Where we've landed: let the AI act freely on routine work inside clear rules (book the meeting, update the CRM, send the reminder).
Anything outside the rules, like a non-standard discount or a dispute, waits for a named person. The offer stays unchanged while approval is pending.
It's a middle ground, and we keep adjusting where the line sits for each customer.
Where would you draw it? Which actions would you never let an AI take on its own?
