I'm co-founder and product architect at Sendiee, an AI employee for Shopify and D2C brands. It handles sales and support conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, confirms COD orders, and follows up with leads so the team doesn't have to. Most of my time goes into conversation design and making the AI reliable enough to trust with real customers.
