Hey! I built TalentBrief and wanted to share it here.
You create a candidate, upload one or more interview recordings, pick a template (or build your own), and an AI agent does the rest. It produces a full candidate assessment with scored competencies, structured insights, and a ready-to-share PDF report.

Everything is customizable. You choose which fields go into your templates, define your own scorecard criteria, and the AI evaluates against exactly what matters to you. There's also a growing library of pre-made templates if you want to get started fast.
It's for anyone who needs to evaluate candidates: recruiters, hiring managers, founders, team leads. If you've ever needed to turn a conversation into a clear, shareable assessment, this is built for that.

TalentBrief - Turn interview recordings into structured candidate reports

Upload a transcript or audio, create a candidate, pick a template — and the AI agent does the rest. It goes through the interview, pulls out key quotes, scores competencies, flags red and green signals, and generates professional PDF report. You get default templates, fields, and scorecards from the start. Use them as they are or customize anything — what gets evaluated, how it's scored, the whole structure. Works out of the box, adapts when you need it to.
