Upload a transcript or audio, create a candidate, pick a template — and the AI agent does the rest. It goes through the interview, pulls out key quotes, scores competencies, flags red and green signals, and generates professional PDF report.
You get default templates, fields, and scorecards from the start. Use them as they are or customize anything — what gets evaluated, how it's scored, the whole structure. Works out of the box, adapts when you need it to.
