Operations Supervisor @ DHL Supply Chain

About

I am a MBA graduate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a background in Supply Chain Management and a passion for operational excellence, leadership, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, where I lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment and focus on developing teams, improving processes, and delivering results. Over the past year, I have successfully managed multiple operational shifts, contributed to continuous improvement initiatives that helped my site earn both DHL Northeast DC of the Year and Customer DC of the Year recognition, and I supported labor-sharing efforts across multiple facilities, including an e-commerce startup operation.

We cut our CI/CD time by 95% 👀

Hey everyone :)

We've been experimenting with AVP, the tool I launched recently... kind of a GitHub for coding agents.

Why we chose a tilt instead of a button?

Honestly, this started from frustration.

Every time we used a translation app in a real conversation, the same thing happened. Tap, wait, pass the phone, wait again. After a minute, nobody was really talking anymore. We were just staring at a screen, waiting for our turn.

So we tried something different. You hold the phone between you, each person sees their own side, and when you're done talking you just tilt it toward the other person. That's it. You keep looking at each other, and the conversation keeps going.

We launch tomorrow and we'd really love to hear from you:

Why I built xtty: I couldn’t find a terminal that felt right

As a developer, I use a terminal throughout the day. I kept finding parts of the experience I wanted in different terminals, but not the combination I needed for my everyday work. I wanted those pieces in one place, ready when the task called for them.

That idea became xtty a native macOS terminal built around the work I actually do.

The workflow I wanted

  • Open the saved SSH hosts I need together.

  • Start a second, independent session on the same remote host and return to the same directory, without retracing my steps.

  • Arrange sessions in tabs or split panes.

  • Send input only to the panes I explicitly choose.

  • Transfer files with sz and rz.

  • Find the right Claude Code or Codex session when it needs attention.
