About

I own TotalGuard Yard Care, a lawn care company in Madison, WI. My brother Ashton and I got tired of missing leads after hours, so we built Workely to quote, text, and book them automatically. Happy to talk shop about pricing, home services, or SMS automation.

Comcent is now omnichannel: calls, SMS, web chat and email in one inbox

Hi everyone,

Last week I said Comcent was going omnichannel. It's live today.

Your team now answers calls, SMS, web chat and email from one Inbox in the browser. An AI bot can reply first on any channel and hand the conversation to a person when it needs one. Each customer has one contact history, so whoever picks up sees the earlier calls, texts, chats and emails.

The voice side is unchanged: call flows, queues, transfers, recordings, and AI summaries on every call. Pricing is still from $20/month with no per-user fees.

The one landing page section people mention when they sign up: “see it before it ships”

We launch a feature here on Thursday, and the landing page section for it is the one new users keep bringing up on calls and in replies, more than the hero, more than pricing.

It is a simple block. One sentence: see the change before it ships. One picture of a working copy of your site with the change on it, and two buttons: approve, or send it back.

I think it works because it answers the question people actually have about any tool that writes code for them: what if it gets it wrong? The answer is not trust us , it is look at it first . The other sections explain what it does. This one removes the fear.

Curious what the equivalent section is on your landing page: the one that answers the fear rather than describing the feature. And for those who have run the test, did it convert better than the feature description?

No card needed, kōdlo is now free to start!

Thanks for all the input on the card vs. no-card debate last time, you guys gave us a ton of great feedback, and we took it to heart. We re figuring this out as we go. We test stuff, get things wrong, and fix them. And yeah, this was definitely one of those things.

So, k dlo is officially free to start now. No credit card, no ticking clock. Just sign up and use it.

Open invite to anyone in the trenches: if you re building something and outbound sales is giving you a headache right now, give it a spin. Especially if the product is built, but customer #1 is nowhere to be seen, or you're just staring at a blank screen wondering who to reach out to and what to say.

k dlo basically handles that grind: finding leads, doing the background research, and drafting that first message in one spot so you're not juggling five tabs.
