Everyone dreams about what it might be like to shift into a new role - but nobody is ever brave enough to tell the real story of what it's like to make a change like this. Except @audreyjarre! 🤩 Being able to chart Audrey's shift to becoming a Senior L&D Manager has been one of our most gratifying projects at @360learning so far, from her nervous early days through to her deft juggling of different stakeholder expectations. It's been super inspiring to see her take on this challenge, and I can't wait to see how it all ends! 😧

Almost 10 months ago, I spotted a role at 360Learning that piqued my interest. After binging Onboarding Joei 🤓 I took a leap of faith and applied for the role! The interview process was uniquely engaging, and left me hoping I would get the job 🤞 What made the interview process so different? The people and their EVIDENT passion for learning. Lucky for me - one of my interviewers was @audreyjarre 🎉 Watching Learning Audrey has been an absolute pleasure (especially "The Show"), and I can't wait for the finale tomorrow 🤩
