Report
@deepanalysis Congratulations !Love how Ada bridges the gap between BI tools and spreadsheets . I have seen so many founders spend hours wrestling with manual reports. Curious, how are you planning to handle user onboarding as interest grows from this launch?
@christine_njoroge Thanks! We built Ada to take the pain out of manual reporting, so it's awesome to hear it's working for you. As more uers jump in, we want getting started to feel just as easy as using it — no steep learning curves, just drop in your data and start exploring. We've launched guided first chats, handy tips, and a super simple "@" system, so new folks can quickly find what they need, hook up their data, and start getting value without the fuss.
@christine_njoroge Thank you so much! We're really glad to hear that Ada's approach resonates with you.
Regarding onboarding, we're focused on making it as smooth and intuitive as possible with guided tutorials, template libraries, and responsive support — especially as interest grows. Really appreciate your curiosity and support!
@deepanalysis How can I ensure that all my data will not be used further to train other people's model? I'd like to see corresponding terms if you could!
And also, do you support Lark's .base file? We found this a good way to organize our data hence the question. Thank you!
Your data is not used for training any models. All files are processed exclusively in volatile memory and are automatically deleted after 24 hours unless you manually save the output, so you can stay in control of your data. Check our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more details.
Currently, we do not support Lark's .base file format directly, so it may need to be exported to a supported format (like CSV or Excel) before uploading. If .base support is important for your workflow, we'd love to hear more so we can consider it for future updates
Really interesting.... spending too much time pulling different data and putting together.... hope this could give data analysts a hassle free solution!
@cruise_chen Appreciate your support. From concept to reality, this journey has been incredible. As product manager, I believe every data professional deserves tools that work as fast as they think. That's exactly what Ada delivers.

Congrats guys! Could you plese share if Ada provides any audit trails for the automated reports, so users can track the exact steps the AI took with the data?
@olga_scry Thanks! And yes, absolutely. Ada maintains detailed audit trails for all automated reports. You can see the full data lineage, including the source data, processing steps, and generation time.
Congrats on your launch 🥳 How does Ada fit alongside existing tools like Power BI or Tableau? Could it complement them as a ‘front-end’ AI analyst, or is it intended to replace those platforms fully? Thank you!
@talshyn Great question! 😊 Ada is designed to complement tools like Power BI and Tableau—not replace them. Think of it as an AI analyst that helps you explore data, generate insights, and even build reports naturally, which you can then visualize and refine in your preferred BI platform. It’s all about working together seamlessly!
Hey, I signed up, but I can't do anything. Your app just offer me to join a waitlist after sign up... 😡 How I can test it or you just collect emails? If so how I can delete my account?
@rtkirill We sincerely apologize that due to an overwhelming number of applications, the second batch of verification codes will be sent out at 6:00 AM Pacific Time on the 3th.

@deepanalysis many congrats on the launch 🎉🎉🎉, this sounds exciting! Can you share a bit more about how Ada handles data from multiple sources, especially when the data formats or structures are inconsistent? Does it automatically normalize and reconcile them for analysis?
@1001binary Thanks for the congrats! Ada is designed to work seamlessly with both your own uploads and external data sources, so you can bring everything into one place. When formats or structures differ, Ada's processing pipeline will parse and align them behind the scenes so you can run a single analysis across the combined set. It automatically standardizes key metrics and dimensions, and its "@" system helps you quickly link related data points, fill gaps, and get to a clean, unified view for reporting
Report
@fei_li5 Thanks for the detailed explanation, Eric! The automatic standardization and the ‘@’ system sound really powerful. Are there still certain data sources or formats that are challenging for Ada, or can it pretty much handle them all?
@1001binary Appreciate your questions! At the moment, Ada supports uploading files in .csv, .xlsx, and more. If you have other data sources in mind, we can look into the best way to connect them, but for standard spreadsheet formats, you're all set.

🧐 Good find
I tested the product out - asked Ada to research the global AI robotics chip market, and it generated a comprehensive report filled with visualizations and insights. It took a little bit of time to respond, but the overall result was solid.
@janet_yang Thanks for the kind words! 😊 Currently, our system handles large-scale data effectively, and we're continuously improving to expand capacity. Feel free to share your specific use case—we’d love to help!
@vatsmi Great question! While Power BI is excellent, our tool offers faster data processing, more intuitive visualizations, and stronger AI integration—making it ideal for quick, deep analysis. Try it and see which fits your workflow best! 😊
