I have been using it, and I am rather perplexed by the journey of this product. The interface is rather clunky. Previewing ads when you create them using multiple images is impossible. The pricing model is draconian: 2 dollars per creative download, even if it's a simple variation. I saw a decrease in creative freedom from the previous version to the current one. What I am looking for is a tool that will suggest a bouquet of 3 to 5 different ads that would work best to A/B test different creatives. To churn out banner ads, we already have canva. It offers more variety, better pricing, more control and with a monthly flat fee it doesn't have any anxiety inducing credits. I'va cancelled my subscription with many "credits" to spare. Eg. wasted my money.

@matteoc We are sorry you felt this way. We were updating to the latest version, so at times during the transition; the experience may have been clunky. However, the new version is twice as fast as the previous versions, and even the UX is more streamlined with the ability to generate all your projects with just one 'Generate' button. As far as the pricing is concerned, $2/creative seems to be a fair price, isn't it? Let's say you are designing on Canva, which would take at least 15-20 mins to design a reasonably decent creative. The average salary of a designer is around $34/hour. To a designer, you're paying upwards of $15/creative. I think $2 is a fair price. If you would go for our custom package the price is a few cents/creative. Not to mention the increase in efficiencies. But if you can help us give suggestions to improve our pricing model, we are always open to it! Also, if you think our platform wasn't worth the money you paid, don't worry; we have you covered! We have a 100% refund policy. All you need to do is write to support at Adcreative.ai and we will get back to you within the day!

@gaurav_henry thanks for offering a refund. I used some of the ads I created with it, so I don't think it's fair to ask for money back. In Canva there are thousands of templates and it takes me roughly the same time to generate a single ad. When it comes to resizing Canva becomes more time-consuming. If you compare the pricing of a SW with the work of human you're doing it wrong. A machine needs always to provide a service that is a fraction of what a human costs. Because the machine is often wrong. For instance: most of your templates that fit the instagram story size have the copy and CTA hidden by the swipe up and text of isntagram. I still have to work and get paid. That's why I want to pay you much less.

@matteoc I agree Canva does have more templates, but it's also a very mature platform. We are just 1 year old and improving by the day. But we feel really awesome to be compared to Canva. I use AdCreative.ai since a year or a little longer. And I love it. Ads generated with this platform are nice to the eye and perform good (at least on FB where I use them). Some of generated creatives I use as graphics for my SoMe posts. So it brings a multitude of benefits :)
