I want to share my experience with this service to warn you to avoid it at all costs. 1) I was drawn to this service because their website showed a price of $59 for a subscription. However, when I paid for it, they charged me $70. It turned out that they force you to pay the taxes, without mentioning it anywhere on the website. This was very frustrating and misleading, and it made me feel like I was being tricked into spending more money than I had intended. But that was just the beginning of my troubles. 2) When I tried to cancel my subscription, I was shocked to discover that it was impossible to do so. I read their terms and conditions, and it stated that customers have no right of withdrawal. This is completely unfair and unacceptable, and it made me feel trapped in a subscription that I didn't even want anymore. 3) The only way to cancel the subscription was to contact their support team. I did this immediately, just 15 minutes after I made the purchase because the product did not meet my expectations. However, even after contacting their support team, there was no guarantee that I would receive any help. And that's exactly what happened. I requested the cancellation of my subscription on February 9th, the same day I made the purchase, but I didn't receive any response from them. I followed up with them several times, but they were unresponsive. Finally, after several attempts, I received an email from Mark Beresford, stating that I would receive a refund in an incredibly rare exception. I was relieved to hear this, but my relief was short-lived. It is now February 23rd, and I still haven't received the refund. When I contacted their support team again, they responded that they have too many refunds to process and are overloaded. ”Your refund is still in queue and our teams working tirelessly on completing the refunds for our customers” This is unacceptable and unprofessional. In 2023, it is very difficult to come across such awful customer service. This service is misleading, unfair, and unresponsive. Therefore, I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

So glad to see another Paris-based genAI startup killing it! Would you say that your product is usable by small startups without advertisement expertise? Interface looks stunning...
