@allen_xu1130 client can provide feedback upload required doc in the order, task section. we are also incorporating asset request, discussion channel with the client. what do you mean by cutomizing service catalog?

Solid SaaS and a great alternative to the few players that even exist in the space. If you sell productized services this is THE SaaS to get it done right. I've owned several agencies and we're quite happy having moved over to AgencyHandy.

This seems like something super useful, especially for freelancers! One thing I'm wondering though - can clients leave feedback or reviews directly on the platform? And how customizable are the intake forms? Also, curious if there's a limit to the number of clients you can manage? Anyway, good luck with the launch!

You can add number, string, droodown, multi select, file, signature, terms & condition, link The only missing thing is conditional form which is in our roadmap. 3. You can manage unlimited clients. It's client portal after all. 😛
