The best new products seem shockingly simple but actually take a ton of experience to get to the real heart of the problem they're solving. I'm thinking back to previous tools and processes where biz dev collects the signature and...then what? Crazy how many hoops we'd force ourselves to jump through to go from a signed SOW to an invoice getting sent. Agree.com is shoring up what has historically been a messy, error-prone process.
