I’ve spent years building two recruitment communities on LinkedIn (Thailand Top Recruitment and Malaysia Top Recruitment), and I kept seeing the same pattern: strong candidates losing out before a recruiter ever really reviewed their CV. Not because they lacked experience, but because their application was not positioned well for the way it would be screened.
That is why I built Career Vector.
Instead of acting as just another CV rewriter, Career Vector helps job seekers understand how their application may be assessed before they apply. Users can upload a CV and a target job description to get an ATS Fit Score, Recruiter Review Matrix, Role Match Breakdown, Risk Flags, and targeted improvements.
The aim is simple: help people apply with clearer positioning, stronger role alignment, and fewer blind spots.
This project is personal. It comes from years of watching talented people slip through the cracks without ever knowing what went wrong.
