A clearly huge opportunity still in support. We launched our first support chatbots (intent matching) in 2014, and it was challenging to get higher than 40% containment, today, we're seeing a new standard of 70-80%!. So, Team, my question would be: how's AI Desk planning to grab a market that has so many incumbents?
