What's the most annoying part of job hunting or hiring right now?
First, a huge thank you to the whole community for your support on AINA's launch day. We're grateful to be at the top, with such strong competition around us.
What we love about Product Hunt is that it's really about community and genuine connections. Preparation and launch day both taught us a lot.
We're already working some of that feedback into the product, and we'd love to hear from you again:
Do you actually see things getting harder, as many say? Is it tougher to find team members right now, or to find a job? What's most difficult for you?
Or do you have a good story to share?
We're building AI tools for both sides, hiring and job hunting, with the goal of making the whole process easier for everyone. Any feedback is genuinely welcome.
Our candidate side has an AI coach for talking through your job search or prepping for interviews, still free to try. On the business side, we're happy to walk you through our AI hiring platform, where you can get a shortlist within 24 hours.

For me, the hardest part is standing out when so many applications look similar. Even with the right skills, it can be difficult to get noticed without a strong way to show what you can actually bring to the role.
