Airchat allows sales and marketers to create website bots in minutes with no tech skills needed. The bots are used to engage with website visitors, generate leads and setup meetings. Airchat Stripe bots decrease SaaS churn by pushing users to add backup cards.

Hey Product Hunters! We've been using Airchat internally at botmakers.net for the last year and today decided to make it available for everyone. The are a few use cases that worked for us especially great: - *Lead generation*. Bots engage with your website visitors with a personalized welcome message and convert the visitors to leads. - *Recruiting*. We interviewed a few people during just the first a couple of weeks. The bots were visible only to people who live close to our HQ. To do that we used Airchat geolocation triggers. - *Decreased SaaS churn*. The bots asked existing customers with unpaid subscription to add a second payment method. Once the card is added the Airchat bots used native Stripe integration to validate the card and add it directly to a customer on Stripe. - *Decreased credit card churn*. We used Airchat bots to ask existing customers with only 1 card attached to add a second card. Then, when Stripe tries to charge the primary card and the payment failed, it tries the second card too. As you can expect it significantly increases chances to collect money from the subscribers. @alex_tiunov I'm not quite following drift and other companies in the chatbot space but I'd say it's easier to create bots with airchat.us than any other platform and it takes less time to create something that really works.

@regan Good point. I think all companies in the field are still exploring the opportunity with web bots and don't really have big traction yet. Especially if we compare the marketing efforts and the amount of press coverage. The same is for Airchat. Drift is probably the closest competitor and I think the main difference is that Airchat is a chatbot-first product. There is no or very little human involvement needed to start using the bots, it's 100% automated. I know drift heavily rely on humans who followup with conversations initialized by bots. Also, Airchat offers a great drag & drop editor. It makes the process of creating bots straightforward and simple.
