Airchat - A social walkie-talkie

Very interesting new concept that leverages AI for better social interactions online. Will follow developments closely. Looking forward to try it out when the team turns invites back on :)

I am split Things I love: - All voice - Fully async - Translation Things I am not sure of - Too much of voice :)) - Text has a certain order that speaking lacks. Chances of rambling while writing are lesser. People self-dismiss, which doesn't happen as much in voice - The product seems overwhelming but I am sure that will fix itself. I don't think this is Clubhouse. While it may suffer the same state as CH, it will not be for the same reasons.

This would be soooooo much better (in my view) if it was just for podcasts. Pull out and listen to only the best nuggets 🎙️ 🔥

I've been using Airchat for a year, throughout all it's iterations. There's tons of amazing folks that I now call friends that I met on AirChat and it's definitely a breath of fresh air as it comes to social media apps, specifically because voice intonations etc cannot be faked easily. You know who you're speaking with! Definitely give it a try if you have a friend in there, it's really fun.

I am addicted. I absolutely love it. Having to use your voice as the only input is a beautiful thing because it humanizes and enriches convos. Well done 🎉🎉🎉
