I moved to Akiflow from Sunsama. My goal was to consolidate my productivity tools. Does Akiflow solve my problems? Around 90% of them. It helped me replace Todoist, Calendly, and Fantastical. Akiflow's community engagement is excellent (good emails from @nunziomartinello and superb support from the CS team); there are frequent updates with interesting new features.
I am looking forward to the final release of their iOS app (currently in Beta). One thing that I am missing is a way to make (meeting) notes and scratchpad-type documents. The description field is very limited, but if a note taking functionality was introduced I could get rid of Evernote. Akiflow FTW!
Congrats on the launch, @nunziomartinello! Such a great product, I hope many people give it a try π The interview we did a while ago together is still one of my favorite ones.
@anthilemoon Thanks Anne-Laure, we should catch up again! There's a lot of news happening this year and was great to chat with you about productivity π
Iβve been using Akiflow for a few weeks now, and it has been very effective at helping me get things checked off my list. Iβve always had a packed calendar and a floundering to-do list, and combining them in Akiflow has been a game changer for actually getting stuff off my list. I wish I had this a decade ago.
I've been using Akiflow since day 1, the only thing I missed was the mobile app, which is now on Beta!
I highly recommend to try it out, if you haven't already! I'm sure you'll never go back :)
Actual user. Solved a big problem for me: task scheduling and integration from different inboxes and apps such as ClickUp. Also: rituals. App is fast and has a lot of shortcuts.
