Alai gives 4 options for each slide so that you can discover something that feels right. With Alai’s system of elements, making edits is easy without wasting time tweaking pixels.

Psyched to try this, have tried using Claude & Open AI’s agent mode to build presentations and haven’t been able to create anything usable. This will be a game changer!
@renuka_figueiredo23 thanks. Yea the problem with Claude & OpenAI's agent mode is that they mostly try to fit your content into predefined templates and so its a hit or miss. They use simple text & image layouts for complex use cases which could benefit from venn diagrams or comparison charts etc. Also its quite painful to iterate once you get the first draft.

A solid usage of AI. I love to make PowerPoints except for the fact that it takes WAY too much time to make a good one. This has been godsend for my needs.
One feature that could bring it to the next level would be the real-time collaboration so multiple teammates can refine and edit slides together . That is similar to the Google slide but with Alai design intelligence . I think that would make it super powerful for team workflows 🚀
We have collaboration but its in beta so we're only enabling it for people who want to opt-in. It's not real-time but allows multiple people to work on a presentation. Let us know if you want to opt-in and we can enable it on your account.

As a cofounder of a tech startup, I’m always making decks for fundraising, client demos, and partnerships. I don’t have a design background, so Alai helps me so much. It lets me create clean, professional slides just by typing simple prompts, and it gets most of the work done so I only need to make a few small edits.
What impressed me even more was the support - - the founders personally helped me with my first slides and showed me how to use the tool the very next day after I signed up!

I have used Gamma and Beautiful AI before, but they are mostly basic and general, especially for the image generation part. Can you tell me what differentiates Alai?
thanks @nastaran_darabi . AI image generation is a pretty hard problem. The reason for this is that its hard to know when an accent image will contrast the text well vs when it would just be unnecessary/distraction. Its also really hard to write the perfect prompt to generate a relevant image. We tackle this in multiple ways:
We have fine tuned the AI to only generate an image when it would contrast text on the slide instead of repeating the same info or just being unnecessary
Even then, since we show 4 options, we make sure that there are some options without AI images so that the user has a real choice to opt-in for images
Lastly, since the AI understands the context of a slide, we have this nice little checkbox that you can tick to ask the AI to generate the right image based on the slide context instead of thinking of the perfect prompt.
We've also optimized little things like when the AI generates a slide with AI generated background image then make sure that the text is positioned in a way where its visible clearly on top of the image (so it takes into account the position of the text while generating the image)

I absolutely hated making presentations. I always knew my story and what I needed to communicate. However, creating a visually appealing style was a daunting task. After using alai, I have started loving them. They have made creating presentations enjoyable. Definitely worth giving a try! The team behind them is fantastic, and I have been in contact with them throughout their journey.
