Alloy has saved me hours of time spent fumbling around trying to get the other prototyping apps to match my product. Makes communication with dev and design soooo much easier when you’re starting from the existing product.
Have been one of the early users at Alloy and couldn't recommend it enough. Spent hours with replit and loveable trying to get a repeatable pattern going, but it never got there. But literally in the space of moments I was able to start leveraging Alloy in my day to day process.
@ianwdj You were one of our very first users. I remember getting pumped up by just how useful the product was for you. Made it super clear that between Lovable, Magic Patterns, etc, there was room in the space for a product purpose-built for Product Managers trying to prototype. Really appreciate the note :)

Nice work team! This is taking rapid prototyping to the next level. Looking forward to using this for Anchored Growth. I'm sharing this with our CTO, @j_chase_crafton
Tried Alloy a few times and it delivers on its promise, giving you consistent and ready-to-use UI from the get-go. I see product evolving very quickly and will keep an eye on it :)
@sergey_demidov So many AI prototyping teams load up on promise but fail to deliver. We wanted to change that with Alloy. Really appreciate the kind words, Sergey

Hey! This is something I’m looking forward to! 3 things I think would be super powerful if it can achieve are:
1) connecting with 3rd-party SDK/ API
2) learn the API/ function we already developed to ensure it uses the live data
3) even better, it gets the access of the database and is able to develop the api itself
Would love to know if these are already available or on the future roadmap!
Alloy is super cool! It shrinks the gap between inspiration and execution by giving anyone the ability to manipulate, in their own words, how they want to see something on the web changed.
They just need to capture their existing product, describe what they want, and Alloy produces pixel-perfect, interactive prototypes—using a clone of the original application, so it's a faithful reproduction.
This brings prototyping to the 99% who can't wield Figma like an axe.
Imagine PMs demoing interactive concepts, founders co-creating with customers, sales engineers demoing features that close the deal.
And it's free! Try it on your product and show us what you made.
@mrrabbar Lovable's pioneering of a chat interface for building UI was definitely a big inspiration for us. However, those tools are now much more focused on helping you build an all-new app from scratch. We think there is a new category of software focused on prototyping, i.e. helping people explore ideas when they already have an existing product.

I have been following Alloy since launch but only got to try it recently. And, the moment I did there was no going back. I could see the power of this prototyping tool in the first few prompts and well before I exhausted my free trial credits. I have been able to iterate quickly and fine tune the experience to paint the vision. And, I have not even read the instructions on how to create effective prompts which goes to show the small learning curve to use Alloy. Great work, Simon and team! I am eager to see a native integration with Figma and also the ability to generate PRDs. That would amplify the value by several folds. Thanks!

Really excited to try this out.
🔥 Hot take: goodbye Figma prototypes.

@katefarrar Spicy! It's definitely a new era for product leaders that aren't experts in design tools
