I tried Alloy a few days ago on an idea I’ve had in my head forever and was honestly surprised by how fast I got to something that felt real. I captured the page, tweaked the flow with a couple of prompts, and had a polished, clickable prototype in about 15 minutes ~ no design system setup, no assembling screens from scratch.
As a product designer, this is the first time a tool has made a ‘what if’ in my head feel like a real product experience this quickly. If you work in product and are constantly iterating, Alloy is definitely worth trying if you want to see what your ideas look like in a real product context!
The most practical AI prototyping tool I've tried so far. Being able to mirror our product from the get-go speeds up our development workflow and makes it so much easier to communicate the design.
I was so very pleasantly surprised the first time I used Alloy on the Leonardo AI app, I thought that there was no way it would replicate it reliably, but it did 🤯
Keen to see Alloy continue to improve and make my and other product manager’s lives easier!!
@justin2025 It definitely works! Please let us know how you go. Here to help if you run into any issues.

Congrats on your launch, this actually turns ideas into something you can work on with such ease! When you create a prototype, can you use the generated code to integrate it into your product or is it better suited to just be a prototype?
@guy_morad Alloy prototypes can be exported to React code! It works great and can definitely speed up the engineering process

It’s so useful to be able to prototype with your real design system components! That’s the biggest difference between an ideal you can demo to a product you can actually ship!
Interesting approach @simonkubica . I’m curious how well Alloy keeps the captured app’s layout intact when generating new feature ideas. Does the prototype stay close to the original design without manual fixes?
@harkirat_singh3777 Yep, it almost always does a great job at matching the design system! And we are making it better every day. Give it a try and let me know how it goes for you.

Been using Alloy for a while now to mock up different ideas, and it's honestly awesome. I love it.

Man just yesterday i wasted 2hrs tweaking a Figma mock to match our app UI.
You will be my hero if it works for me.

@dilani_kahawala Exactly!!

It’s great for prototyping on your real product.
There is some polishing needed, but it's definitely faster than other tools (e.g., Builder+Lovable)

Thanks @luka_kankaras1! Tell me more about what we need to polish – we'll get on to that for you straight away.
