Most start up teams focus on their business idea from the get-go. However, while their ideas will change, they as people wonโ€™t so easily. Presuming they know themselves and each other, which they generally donโ€™t. Teams need a balanced mix of skills, hard and soft. However, lack of alignment is a key cause of failure. These challenges are greatly compounded for new virtual and hybrid teams, often cross functional, - cultural, and โ€“ generational. We offer incubators/accelerators an online experiential learning platform that empowers start up teams to quickly and easily assess member fit and strengths/skills gaps as well as how to move forward effectively. My prediction for 2022, is more of the same exponentially. Happy Thanksgiving.

Hi Brianne, because of the need for startups to have a quick springboard that reduces costly mistakes and delaying progress, the importancce of selling to startups should not be underestimated. Whilst a small proprtion of startups (still very low percentage) will grow into corporates or even unicorns, the overwhelming majority will remain as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs are the backbone of the private sector across the world!
