Antetype is hands down the best UI design app I've used. Rather than being a converted illustration app like Figma or Sketch, it is built from the ground up to make producing fluid, responsive layouts a snap. It does this with auto layout features; breakpoints; and powerful, flexible, reusable widgets. Antetype also has a robust prototyping system built in with hundreds of possible interactions and easy animations. Sorry if this sounds like an ad, I am just a big fan!
