We use it every day at Sweatcoin for tracking of our app's performance on all stores across all geographies. Can not wait for a more robust API release and then we will be able to include AppFollow into our datawarehouse solution. In fact, I think that this team had a lot to do with us getting to the top of AppStores in pretty much every single market we launched in!
