Strong team. It is useful.

We curiously integrated it into our Zendesk as a means to respond to App Store reviews. Now we're fully onboarding it as a way to track ASO and CRO. As soon as they integrated Mac App Store desktop sales for the dashboard, we'll be good to go! The AppFollow team has been amazingly helpful and responsive.
