Apple App Store - Find apps & games for iPhone, iPad, Mac & more — on the web

You can now get the full App Store experience right in your browser, with dedicated pages for the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Vision, Watch, and TV app libraries. Previously, Apple’s “apps.apple.com” domain simply redirected you to a generic page about the App Store on Apple’s website. Now, it takes you to a full-fledged version of the App Store you can browse on your computer.

Finally — after being in Preview for... years? The Apple App Store on the web is finally out of Preview, with listings across all its major platforms: iPhone, iPad, Mac, Vision, Watch, and TV.

This is indeed a good move! Not sure if anyone has noticed, but Apple’s own domain will now rank for curated lists.

This has become an important SEO signal.

As someone who loves exploring new apps, this change is such a big win for me. The fact that I can browser the full App Store from my browser feels modern and overdue. It's smoother, faster and actually fun to use on desktop.

Such a great change.

Opening the App Store in the browser feels familiar, but sharper. Clear categories. Platform context is right there. For developers, docs, ratings, and version history are easier to find. For users, one less hop.
It’s not flashy. It’s useful. It makes “findable” and “understandable” solid. SEO benefits. The ecosystem gets cleaner.

And Apple even open sourced it 😂
