Apple Journal drops with the latest iOS 17.2 update. It's designed to help get you started in practicing journalling. Definitely will try this out as I'm aiming to journal a lot more in 2024

A very shy iteration with a lot of things still lacking, like an iPad/MacOS version. I'm not sure that having a journal and a phone-only approach is the best way to take care of one's mental health, gonna stick to Day One for now. 👌🏻

I don't presume this will kill Day One, but it certainly will give them a run for their money... which is now Automattic's money, so I guess they're fine? I'm amused that Journal's suggested writing prompts included both my ex and ex-wife. Ouch.

Apple has a magical way of making things like this feel simple enough to make a habit.

I upvoted this earlier when it wasn't listed as an apple product? Anyway, now I know who made it, I still like it :)
