How do you organize your AI prompts across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Junie, etc.?

byβ€’

Hey Product Hunt community πŸ‘‹

I’m curious how other people manage their AI prompts today.

Over the last months I noticed that my own workflow became pretty messy:

  • some prompts were saved in random text files

  • some lived in ChatGPT threads

  • some were copied into Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Junie or local LLMs

  • some were slightly changed every time, but never properly saved

  • and the really good prompts were somehow always hard to find again

So I built Arcmin, a small macOS app that works like a prompt console for AI workflows.

The idea is simple: keep your best prompts organized, reusable and ready to paste into whatever AI tool you are using β€” ChatGPT, Claude/Opus, Gemini, Junie, Cursor, local LLMs, etc.

It is not meant to replace any AI model. It is more like a clean workspace for the prompts around them.

I’m launching it on Product Hunt and would love honest feedback from people who use AI tools daily:

How do you currently organize your prompts?
Do you use notes, Notion, text files, folders, browser tabs, nothing at all β€” or something better?

Would love to hear how others solve this.
