It allows for creativity. It's honestly fun to create awards as an admin, we swapped badges for core values and find fun animated gifs. It's also fun to see what others are doing that's great.

@devonwoodruff23 Thanks Devon! Agree, we made it much more accessible. Too often, recognition is overlooked. It's an upstream solution to a downstream problem making it hard to measure the impact. So there are lots of skeptics. We've begun to win those over slowly but surely!
