@apflaum, thank you once again for an outstanding email client! Could you provide any update on if/when we can expect integration to OmniFocus? The one thing that is missing for me, else you'd be perfect!

Just want a app to use in all plataforms. All in there is awesome, just a detail yet. Congrats!

Pros:

Pretty smart

Cons:

Dont have Desktops or Windows Store apps.

Emily Kramer
We have a Mac desktop app, download it at helloastro.com. Thanks for your review!

Astro is my favorite e-mail app. The performance of the app is fantastic, the sync works well and the little suggestions for VIPs and decluttering of my inbox is superb. Calendar integration is a huge +1 from me. It synced my events very well. My only concern is notes from the organizer are unviewable, meaning any video call information doesn't show up. My previous favorite app for meetings also pulled in the dial in info, allowing me to one click start a meeting. Surely an AI capable calendar would do such a function... Great work!

@tarungangwani Thank you! Please keep the feedback coming, we really appreciate it. Also we're in the running for the Product Hunt Mobile App of the Year, and would love your upvote on it :-) https://www.producthunt.com/post...

@tarungangwani Thanks for your feedback! I just tested this, and notes from the organizer are both viewable in the invite and once the calendar event is accepted. Would you mind providing more details to support@helloastro.com? We'd love to help troubleshoot.

@helloastro @maddysklein just emailed you. thanks! I might be just blind.

Do I understand it right there is no IMAP support in Mac app?
Emily Kramer
@tahorg Not currently, just Office 365 and Gmail.

@emilykramer Strange. I thought you have it in iOS app. Can't even try then.

They crushed it. Makes email a bit easier to manage but way more enjoyable.

I find the same challenge in Astrobot that I find in other bots. What's the point? Typically, it recommends to move people to VIP -- that doesn't do much for me.

Great app, awesome for inbox zero.

Pros:

Great UX, Fast Speed, Easy Archive and Snooze Features

Cons:

Astrobot doesn't do much for me

Very good email client, constantly adding new features!

Pros:

Best email client I've tried, except for ...

Cons:

... lack of integration to OmniFocus with link back to email

Rene Sierra

Update is amazing but please focus in reliability, background refresh on iOS app and sync issues. I open some tickets on the past months sending debug trying to get issues fixed but still there.

Pros:

Great design

Cons:

No Background Refresh

Sync is a pain (3-8 minutes to get email notifications)

I started using Astro on macOS and iOS as a Mail.app replacement this summer and after zapping my Inbox and staying on top of email with Snoozes, haven't looked back.

Pros:

Undo Send, Send Later, post-to-Slack and Slack-search integration, the new Calendar/Agenda view is cool, too

Cons:

None--it has feature parity with the built-in Mail.app

Dear @microsoft/@google, Please don't buy this company and fuck it up too. (Now that they have a calendar) I've come to like Astro more than, Sunrise &TImeful

@microsoft @google @wipadika and then it happens. I liked you too much Astro, and now you die the corporate death. Hope the founders at least made good money. Sad to see you go. I now have trust issues with commitment to Calendar & Mail apps
