Hey guys! Trust me, I didn't think I'd ever pay to get a website designed. Initially thought it was a waste of money, but wasn't getting the results I wanted creating it on my own. As a small, brand new law firm we were on a very tight budget. We bootstrapped every thing from the very beginning but we knew a website was necessary. In our industry, potential new clients always google you and look to your website to see what you're all about, to make sure you're legitimate and to in essence "interview" you before hiring you. We couldn't afford to drop tens of thousands of dollars on a website like many other law firms do but we also knew we wanted to put out a high quality product and presentation to let the public know we were professional, serious and trust worthy. From the very beginning B12 worked with us to stay within our budget and realize our vision. The designers listened to our story and to what our message to the public was. They were patient and detailed throughout the process and in the end, created a beautiful, user-friendly website that we love. We get compliments on our website all the time. As if all that wasn't enough, B12 editing portal makes it easy to quickly tweak and edit the site (for example: adding a COVID-19 message at the top of our page). If we can't make the edits ourselves using the portal, B12 customer service is quick and very helpful. B12 has no clue how to set up a podcast website. Even with guidance (the theory of how it works), giving examples of other podcast websites they still cannot deliver on what they promised. They cannot do a simple embed to my podcast host site to this new website. They delivered a product with dead links. Once they launch the site you cannot contact them to get the problem fixed or your money back. I am thinking about walking away from them now altogether and writing off the fee they charged to build a website. My advise to others is to beware of this group before you hire them.

Stay far away! We were very clear about what we needed and were assured by the smooth talking rep that B12 could do it. They dragged us along, took our money, and then admitted they were never equipped to do what we needed. They have ignored our requests for a refund over the last several months. We paid them and walked away with nothing. They scammed a small business and refuse to reply to our emails or call us back to address this like professionals.
