This is amazing! A practical solution for what previously seemed like unobtainable results.
@ariel_hanohov exactly! There are inevitable changes in power dynamics with the move to a hybrid model and we have to find new ways to level the playing field.

Really liking the template format. If I’m understanding it correctly, seems like users gain the collective wisdom of the authors to improve their own teams or organizations. Very interesting!
Yes exactly @andrashko! Templates are written by business experts, leaders, and researchers so you can ask your team the exact same questions that propelled them to success. Let us know if you have any other questions or if we can help you find a template for your team 🎈

Very interesting concept! Always interested in ways to make team meetings more efficient and ensure everyone's voice is being heard. Excited to see how this grows!
Interesting concept! Building a team where everyone feels safe to contribute is a sign a great leadership. A company on a mission to equip leaders with that skillset can make a major impact. Excited to see the future!
Thanks @jordan_cantwell! "Building a team where everyone feels safe to contribute is a sign a great leadership" - couldn't agree more 🙂

Having started a new role recently in a remote environment, I can see the challenges to collaboration that Balloon can address. As people return to their workplaces, those in an organization who started in the last year and onboarded remotely may face more hurdles in getting a “seat at the table.” Balloon can ensure that everyone’s perspective is taken into account and that the best ideas win.
Thanks @adl! Remote onboarding and hybrid work presents a lot of challenges for leaders. Balloon is one step leaders can take to facilitate conversation, build out a structure within their teams to discuss what hybrid work will look like, and co-create the future with their teams to get maximum buy-in.

As a member of a small but rapidly growing team, I'm confident many of these templates will optimize our organization's current processes and help us formulate new ones. Specifically, Aubrie Pagano's and Alex Lieberman's recruiting template series will provide insight into holistically identifying candidate/company fit while hiring those with long-term growth in mind. I cannot wait to integrate these and many other templates into our firm's strategies to build stronger culture and a more effective team.
Great question @sarah_vega. When participants vote on responses in Stage 2, we use an approval voting system (1 vote for something you like, support, want to see move forward; 2 votes for a top choice). Groupthink is eliminated by this voting system because participants don’t see a total vote count, so they don’t know if something has 100 votes or 2 votes, and that’s not going to influence whether they vote it up or not.
Also, Stage 2 is fully anonymous so what results is a true idea meritocracy.

Great solution and very timely in today’s hyper progress plus remote/hybrid workplace.
