A couple of years ago, I found myself in the middle of a few processes with different companies: incorporating in the EU, getting a refund from an airline, obtaining visas, filing taxes… etc. 🤷‍♀️ Some of the businesses had custom-built client portals/login areas. Hey @mila_dayan and all makers, your Solution is great and addresses a very common need in many industries and businesses. I work for many years in defining business processes and UX Customer Journeys, by collaborating with different parties (business dptms, IT staff, Designers, etc.); and having a Library of processes that can be easily reused, enhanced, worked on together and assetized, is a gold mine.
