I have been using Ratio for quite some time now. It offers unparalleled design and functionality, something one expects only from a complete OS. The assurance of data privacy (especially with tree) and a full ad-free experience is something that I really appreciate. But at the same time I feel the motto of keeping people of their smartphones might get lost with each progressive update. The updated UI elements which are very good to look at (especially with the latest Ratio 4) is something that a few users might get distracted with. But overall a great app and something everyone should try using and check if it suits their smartphone experience.

Hi @bhagyesh2491, thanks for letting us know how you feel, we hear you. I totally understand where this is coming from. Ratio's UI in past versions was a very big step away from what traditional launchers are. We've received plenty of feedback over the months and heard the biggest pain points for users. We keep the core of how Ratio works still the same, choosing and testing thoroughly every change keeping our focus on productivity, privacy and digital health, only making it easier for new users to get used to the experience. For those fans of our super minimal UI we will always have our focus and sun modes, and with the new Tree and the message management features we're including with it we believe we're on our way to achieving our goals of making a way better android experience for everyone

Ratio is unique. I love the themes, especially tree feature. Their work is brilliant. Roadmap is awesome. Wonderful features, yet minimal. Their support to the users is appreciable. I'm glad to use ratio.

This is quite amazing. First time I've switched away from Nova launcher in years. Great work.
João
@justcharlie What a coincidence, Ratio is also the first launcher that got me to switch away from Nova :D Not only switch from Nova but also move to a different country in order to work on it with an amazing group of people ❤ @adhambad @mladen_hoyss1 @ismael_dm @olivier_f @singyu_lam @yuhao_zhong

Thanks for making this public without need of the original hardware. After few months with Ratio I can’t imagine going back to stock Android look again! This is far far away from classic launchers.

Beta tester here, Blloc and Ratio as a product is an incredibly sophisticated, innovative take on how to use something as rudimentary as a phone. It's fresh, interesting-looking and has a great support system should you need it. As an avid android user constantly on the lookout for new ways to challenge my phone both visually and systematically, Ratio has everything I wanted. And as the company and product keep expanding, I'm sure they'll think of new and exciting ways for us to use our phones. Can you imagine?
João
@agp thanks for the kind words Amir, we can definitely imagine! The homescreen for the next billion people should be one that works for you, and not the opposite ☝️
Mladen M. Hoyss
@agp Thanks a lot for the support Amir! Means a lot

I’d like to give an honest take on Ratio Phones are among the most personal and dear pieces of tech in existence today. How we interact with them matters, that’s why there is an increasing pursuit in enhancing user experience. To customize things further smart people came up with launchers. I’ve been using Ratio since June 2020 (beta), been with it as the devs worked to squash bugs, slowly and steadily refining it. The end result so far is Ratio4. At times, I switched back to OneUI… but always found myself being drawn back. Why? It’s simply damn good. Whether you’re a minimalist, productivity oriented(me) or you want to try something new, Ratio works for you. This however, is half the story. The best thing about Ratio however, is the team developing it. I believe that how you’re treated truly matters. These guys actually listen and take time help out people, you get a sense that they’re honestly decent people (considering the state of the world, this is sadly rare). Further, the community of users is insightful, helpful and polite. What’s not to love about all this :)
Olivier Freyssinet
@alan_atingo hey Alan nice to see you there! If we're there it's also thanks to a super nice community and people like you who actually take some time to help us debug the app day after day, so big props to you ! 🙏🙏
