Love Blocksurvey, easy to use and super powerful. The developer is very responsive and takes no time to implement a new feature request if possible. The surveys look beautiful and I'm really enjoying using it. The security and privacy is just Rock solid on to of everything else.

@rezi is your question on how Bitcoin comes into play? We are using Stacks blockchain, it is a virtual chain on top of Bitcoin which helps in building decentralized applications. Advantages right now are you own your data and the keys. You only can see your survey data. Not anyone. Not even BlockSurvey.
