Why we built boilr (and why we waited 2 years to launch)

by•

Hey Product Hunt đź‘‹

Felix here, founder of boilr.

The problem we're solving:

Most recruiters compete for the same 20% of visible roles. By the time a job hits LinkedIn or Indeed, 50+ agencies are already pitching. You're not slow—you're structurally blind.

The best opportunities never make it to aggregated job boards. They exist on hidden company subdomains, vanish after 24 hours, or sit in geo-fragmented markets.

What we built:

boilr is an autonomous AI agent that finds hiring signals before they saturate. It operates outside traditional discovery layers—no scraping job boards, no manual hunting.

Every morning, you get a pipeline of opportunities your competitors will never see.

Why we waited:

We could've launched 18 months ago. But I needed to know: does this actually work, or just sound good?

30 agencies tested it. They found roles that never hit job boards. They closed placements from leads no one else had. They told us to stop keeping it quiet.

So here we are.

What I'd love from you:

  • If you're in recruitment: does this solve a real problem for you?

  • If you're a builder: what would you change or break?

  • If you're skeptical: tell me why. I want to know what we're missing.

This is our reality check. Help us make it count.

Thanks for being here 🙏
