We built this product to let you receive your packages at a nearby pickup point...no more worrying about package theft, missed deliveries, or planning your day around when the delivery man is coming. We have ~1,000 locations all around the country.

This is great work. When are you planning on extending this to other countries, say India. We could really use it here, since most of the population living here does not have doormen or receptions at their premise. @tushar_shahi1 Hi Tushar - great question - I have actually lived in India myself and am familiar with the market. We don't yet have a specific timeline for expanding to India but we do plan to have truly global coverage in the future.

Say someone signs up for the per pkg rate, chooses a location and has their purchase sent there. How does Bounce remain involved in subsequent deliveries? I'm assuming that someone doesn't need to run every purchase on say, Amazon, through the Bounce portal. Couldn't that same someone then have countless deliveries sent to that location without Bounce being aware?

@gregory_wehmeyer Hi Gregory - that is such a good question, I can't believe I didn't address this yet. With Bounce, you are signing up to get your Ship-To Address that you can keep using for multiple deliveries. When you use this address, stores check in a package through Bounce which notifies you to come pick it up. Even if you just buy the one-off $5 purchase, you can keep using that address and we can automatically bill you for subsequent shipments -- no need to go through the Bounce portal more than once!

Great idea. Not any close to me but I was willing to travel the 45 min to have peace of mind that my packages were safe after some theft. However, communication is next to none. I have been waiting for a confirmation on capacity at the location I chose all week now. Would love to use the service but it’s a shame you have to wait days on end to get an answer or help.

Hey! Love the idea and have been using it for a few months. Agree that should improve communication. I have not gotten a single package notification and the store is very sketchy.
