Hey Product Hunt! I'm Eric, and I'm excited to share Box Breathing Buddy—a Chrome extension born from my own journey to find calm and focus. After discovering box breathing through The Huberman Podcast and personally experiencing its benefits for focus and stress relief, I realized I needed a subtle reminder to practice regularly. @renchu_song thanks! Right now you can adjust the length of each breath up to 5 seconds. For sessions there is no limit - you can stay on that new tab for as long as you wish. I typically do 1 minute sessions, but have done longer as well.
