Bunch - AI leadership coach

I love this product and there's never been a greater need for it. As we develop our careers, we're inundated with endless leadership resources - it's so much to wade through. Bunch delivers concise coaching in easily-digestible segments. Being a manager doesn't have to be overwhelming, but it should be something you're doing intentionally. In 2020, work is far more than a paycheck - multiple generations increasingly see it as a source of self-actualization and community. If more leaders were letting Bunch nudge them towards a deeper engagement with their organizations, then perhaps we'd get the meaningful relationship with work that we're all searching for.

It's been a pleasure to work on the design and content of this app. I've learned a TON about what it takes to be a great leader and it's been so rewarding to help 100s of people already in a year that's seen work change 360°. I'm super excited to have the opportunity to help more leaders and future leaders out there to grow and support their teams!

This app has been a game-changer for our team, and it's a game-changer for our users. It's been a crazy roller-coaster building it, tweaking it, and making it better (we adopt the 1% better every day mindset even for our product). But it's really been worth it. I think that one of the most inspiring things about this product is that it can be used by people who are currently struggling to access leadership knowledge - no matter if they have a team or they hope to one day. My favorite parts about the Bunch AI leadership coach experience is how it accurately identifies and caters to your personal leadership style, while offering alternative content to round out areas that may not be in your strengths wheelhouse.

I've been using the produce for a few months now. The team has done an amazing job thinking through and developing all aspects of the product, particularly the UI/UX and the quality of content. There is no shortage of leadership / management books and articles out there, but Bunch does a great job of serving up solid advice in manageable bites at the moment when one can best action them.
