Very interesting! I hope this comes to NY soon. I would change the name, Carbon seems so cold and non medical.

You need to collect emails, I for example would love to get an email notification for when you launch in NYC but I do not see that on the website.

I have been watching some of Pablo's Flinto videos and looking forward to the launch. Just went through the onboarding experience online and it is very smooth! Nicely done. Healthcare does need to be fixed. Online booking would obviously help and see that you have that. My concern is less on the technology and user experience side but more on whether or not this app / service as it today is enough to change people's habits. Getting sick, for most people, does not happen everyday. Would the user remember to open the app at that time? I also wonder a little bit about the significance of people seeing a doctor for a simple cold / flu. I know people like the seeing the doctor but it's pretty rare that anyone really needs to see the doctor. Am confident you have thought through all of this very carefully and I, of course, have not been studying this issue closely. Great looking product, interesting idea and look forward to seeing how this evolves.
