The Job Tracker by Teal is a game changer. It's like pinterest for your job search. Job descriptions are probably the most significant element every job seeker must manipulate in order to effectively position themselves in the market. If you don't customize your career communication tools (resume, cover letter etc.) to each job description, there's a good chance you're out of the running before your materials are even considered. The job tracker allows you to chunk your time more effectively so you can commit part of your day to research and then another part to customizing your materials. It also scrubs the data from each job description by highlighting keywords which you can then use to increase your chances of getting through Applicant Tracking Systems.

This is an easy tool to quickly extract key information from any job posting.
