Resumes are dead. Candidates are never what they are on β€œpaper”. There’s a better way and Cauldron has helped us do it. I’ve been using Version.1 for a few months. And now, all our hiring is now on Cauldron. The quality of candidates that are progressing through to completion are significantly higher and we are not wasting time on the ones that don’t fit. I’m excited to see version 2!
