@sarvpriy_arya Right now, we are only supporting AI chats but later we are adding a human chat option when AI fails to answer the reply. We will notify the human support. It doesn't replace humans but helping them saves a lot of time and get peaceful sleep/

Two quick questions: How does ChatWebby AI differentiate itself from the one that they have integrated into the Intercom platform? How have you structured your billing, especially forecasting usage for high-volume users, to ensure scalability and sustainability? (The more granular the insight the better!!)

@dzaitzow TBH, all of the AI chatbot builders are same from the core. What differentiate us will be quality of response from our chatbots and work on customer feedback. We are going to use some open source models as well to fix our cost.
