Chronicle combines AI with taste to help you go from raw thoughts to polished presentations. Designed for serious work: Start with templates, create with AI workflows, and collaborate with your team to shape your ideas into impactful narratives.
@thepmfguy Hi Gaurav! Please do go ahead to chroniclehq.com and try it out for yourself! Keen to hear your thoughts. Can I ask what you use Gamma for? Love understanding what the consensus of use case is out in the wild
I can tell a good story but I really struggle to visually showcase my thoughts. Too often have I given up on a deck or wanting to do a presentation because I get stuck or can't be bothered to make it pop. Chronicle solves that! It actually made creating a deck fun and I can't wait to make another one. It was worth the wait!
You bring the message, we handle the impact - that’s been the dream from day one. Hearing that Chronicle turned a hard task into something fun is the ultimate win.
We’re already cooking up smarter Remix suggestions and brand-kit support, so the next deck should pop even faster. If you hit any bumps or think, “It would be cool if…,” shoot the idea our way. Your feedback shapes what we build next.
Thanks for sticking with us and for spreading the word. Can’t wait to see your next deck in the wild!

Congratulations @tejgw@mayuresh_patole on the launch - an amazing product I would say. It's been something I have used over and over again - grows on you everytime you use it. Especially the remix feature - it's been such a help. Great sense of aesthetics !
@rohit_ghosh Rohit, huge thanks for sticking with us and for the kind words! 🙏
Hearing that Remix keeps leveling up your decks is exactly what fuels us. We’re polishing our templates and brand-aware layouts next, so it should feel fresher every time you open it.
If any rough edges pop up or any suggestions, send them my way. Your feedback has already shaped so much of what launched today.
Appreciate you championing Chronicle and helping us raise the bar!
congrats but when you bury the pricing after reg wall, easy to lose trust/confidence.
understandably, you want to avoid folks who are hyper price sensitive and seduce with features but we're entering an age where if cursor, windsurf, claude, etc are throwing up pricing for subscription products, it's the new "design pattern" for AI-powered products.
@niyogi appreciate the input.
We are not trying to bury the pricing. Honestly, it is the first cut of pricing - we wanted to have some pricing out there instead of nothing. We know its going to change and evolve so not the main thing we want to show right now.
I will also be the first one to say that the price is higher than alternatives. We feel Chronicle is a premium product designed for more serious use cases. Its early days but we will keep building and improving.
a little more feedback after tinkering a little bit.
this is not cursor for slides...yet.
1. a true "cursor for slides" would have a prompt box for each slide to modify the slide "in place" once the scaffolding is in place 2. if you're helping folks go from notes to slides in a jiffy, it's good to keep that spirit through and through with prompts sprinkled around the experience to generate images via AI to replace the placeholders that are dropped in 3. while default presentation taste is clean and likely works out of the box, it's a little too rigid. i couldn't figure out how to change anything other than the text on the first slide
@niyogi Roj, thanks for putting the product through its paces and writing such a clear, thoughtful critique. You’ve zeroed in on the stretch of road we’re paving next, so let me unpack what’s here today and where we’re headed:
“Cursor-style” in-place editing
Current state: Chronicle’s AI drafts the full deck from your notes or URL, giving you a story arc and layouts in one shot
What’s next: Slide-level prompts that let you make edits like a co-pilot
AI-generated images & placeholders: Absolutely on the roadmap + Brand-aware styles so the imagery plays nicely with your theme
Your input: If you could wave a magic wand, what would the perfect image flow feel like? (One click, descriptive prompt, style presets, etc.)
General Philosophy: Chronicle’s north star is “constraints that liberate.” We want you to think about message while the AI and design system handle the heavy lifting. "It is not about what you can do, but what you don't need to"
Really appreciate you stress-testing the app and sharing the gaps. Thanks again for pushing us closer to a true Cursor-for-Slides experience. 🚀
Chronicle sounds like a game-changer for anyone looking to streamline the presentation process! How does the AI handle creating narratives from raw thoughts?
@evgenii_zaitsev1 Great question, Evgenii. Our approach is to treat it less like a language problem and more like an information design challenge. The AI is trained on principles of effective storytelling to find the hidden structure in your ideas. It actively looks for patterns that can be woven into a familiar narrative arc, transforming a collection of thoughts into a journey that guides the audience from one point to the next.
On top of that, we've baked in use-case specific frameworks for things like sales decks, investor pitches, strategy docs, and many others. These specialized models know what a convincing narrative looks like for a specific goal, ensuring the final story isn't just coherent, but also impactful.
Internally at @Chronicle we do what's called a dogfooding session every sprint where we all use the product in a real-world scenario, and come together to share our presentations and compare notes on pain points/features we would like to see. This process has fostered such a passion in streamlining how you can use the application, and makes us obsess over small details. Often I am so focused on building a new feature, or planning out work that I forget that our dogfooding session is coming up, and I have 5-10 minutes to put together a high quality presentation to share with the team (the bar is always high in these sessions, and @clairetaylor is the one setting it), I am always amazed at how I can go from a 2-3 word idea to a beautiful output almost instantly.
I'm so proud of where we are today, and there are a million things I can't wait to build for our new and existing users.
@rhym I think you win the award for best storyteller in our dogfooding sessions - your ability to whip up, present, and persuade is second to none (Ash Ketchum definitely needs your constructive feedback on his training skills).
It’s been a blast working with you on Chronicle! 🚀

Following Chronicle's journey has been awesome. The initial pitch was solid, but seeing it built out into this polished, essential tool is something else. The team's focus is unreal – they clearly defined the problem and shipped a clean, kick-ass solution. It's already a must-have in my stack. Congrats on a killer launch, you all earned it. 🤘
@bonvisions Thanks for sticking it out with us, Bon! Glad Chronicle's philosophy is resonating and enduring across the fast paced tech/AI landscape that is constantly evolving
@bonvisions thank you so much Bon. It is really the philosophy in this space that I feel people have gotten wrong — there is a mindless pursuit of speed by forgoing quality. We truly want to change that and make sure you end up with the best presentations you have ever made.
