Congrats on the launch! This looks really cool, can't wait to try it out!
Good job on the quick demo, sleek design, and easy way to generate an image from a URL and work from existing text or prompt ideas. I tested it out on a website url, but the presentation, rawly formed from the url, felt like another website. I think most of us have gone through the pain of creating slide deck presentations as well as sit through them...yawn. I also think most of us are hoping AI would solve this for us already, maybe with a simple prompt and click of a button, a little context and some beautiful visuals. I don't feel like we are there yet. Presentation design still needs to drill in on particular niches and use cases. It needs systems design. It needs a really solid UX strategy. Then you can dive into the AI strategy for it and useful features. I think Canva and Presi are still a little more useful. I think presentation design as a practice needs an overhaul. I think there needs to be more thought about the human-in-the-loop if we're going to leverage genai. I think a lot of people just aren't good at creating and giving presentations (good storytelling is key) and AI features that turn prompts into visuals alone will not change that. I have a lot of ideas and thoughts to explore on this.
@christinaadames thanks for the feedback - and you're right, having a "human in the loop" at the right points to nudge the AI in the right direction across structure, content and visuals is so important. Something we're continuing to refine and iterate on and test new flows for presentation generation.
You mention you have a lot of ideas and thoughts on this - I'd love to pick your brain more - any chance you are a part of our Slack community? The link is on our website and I'd love to go deeper on this with you!
@christinaadames Christina, thank you for taking the time to write such incredibly thoughtful and detailed feedback. We sincerely appreciate it.
You've completely nailed the core challenge. We agree that many AI tools can feel rawly formed and don't yet solve the fundamental problem of good storytelling. We are still very early in our journey, and your insights confirm we're on the right track with our internal roadmap.
@mayuresh_patole@maritamar we're definitely investigating integrations with notion, google docs, spreadsheets, etc - the more context chronicle has, the better the output will be. what types of presentations are you hoping to create?
I just saw the demo and I'm beyond impressed. This seems to have been the missing piece in ai presentation making. Potentially what Canva did to the photoshop and adobe led design world, is what Chronicle could be for the the presentation world with a strong sprinkle of AI.
@jaipandya Jai, thank you! So thrilled you were impressed with the demo.
Your comparison to the revolution in the design world is amazing to hear - that's exactly the kind of disruption we're aiming for. We believe presentations are ready for that same kind of accessibility moment.
Comments like this give us a massive boost. Cheers!

Upvoted and tested the product. Love it but result is way too simple and not exciting. Onboarding is boring and slow. Please jump directly to generation.
@codewithguillaume Thanks for the upvote and the candid feedback. We really appreciate you saying it how it is.
Your point about the onboarding is well-taken. We're definitely looking to make it faster. Regarding the results, could you tell us a bit more about what would make them more exciting for you? Any examples would be gold for us.
Thanks again for the help!

I used to dread presentations because of all the tedious formatting - centering images, adjusting layouts, endless tweaks. Now I can fly through these and focus on what matters: the story. Game changer for escaping slide formatting hell!
@dineshgeorge thank you! you've nailed exactly why we built chronicle - what matters is your message and the impact you can create through having it heard and taken seriously.
@a_halim thank you! we work really hard to curate the outputs so they feel fresh and modern and put your message in the best light. Would love your feedback on how we can improve!

@adamhardy Thanks a lot, Adam!
Honestly think this is best presentation app out there! Get's work done in less than 10 mins and churns out really beautiful decks.
Subjectively find the themes and aesthetic awesome and objectively find the narrative building on point! Excited to see more features rolled out.
