@ramya_pk lately, most startups do customer support through Slack. What that means is that there is a lot of feedback sitting in these slack channels that is scattered today.
Clarity allows you to pull that data in and combine it with feedback from the call recordings as well!

@dancebasantiguy For sure! We've been surprised by how valuable this even just for teams of two founders. Clarity gives founders a way to have a source of truth for what customers have said. This is valuable when trying to make sense of all the data coming in.
