Definitely a reason to look at Claude to back AI-based SaaS products! LLMs just keep getting better and cheaper. Is Sonnet better with tools? I think agency and the use of LLMs to appropriately connect tools is the next (current?) important aspect for models to improve for real world use cases.

So far we've been using GPT4o as our model of choice. But with this update, we might give people an option to choose either. Great work team.

I love Claude, it always surprises me now

I wasn't a fan of Claude 3 and related models as it made too many errors that required correcting before getting to a useful use case. However, I have been impressed with Claude Sonnet 3.5 in its effectiveness. I hope that when Claude Opus 3.5 and similar models are released that they are just as good. I've long thought the Anthropic models superseded most, if not all, of the other models out there from competitors.
