Trouble loading the Win 10 desktop copy, seemed to install ok and was verified via email but has now seemingly disappeared and cannot be re-installed

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for Customer Support. I cancelled my subscription weeks before it was due. They ignored my emails and still took the money from my account. I have emailed them five times and they have never replied. This company is a scam and they will only rob you of your money.
